Librarian Ales

Our next literature themed beer is in the secondary fermenter right now. It’s a hybrid ale, a crossbreed between an American Pale Ale and a Harvest Pumpkin Ale. Thus, it’s named for a hybrid creature from Margaret Atwood’s MaddAddam trilogy- the Pigoon. SRM: 9.
