Librarian Ales

Long time no see, friends. Things have been busy for us librarians, nearly finished with our MLS degrees and juggling our jobs. Beer is still on the brain though, and we hope for more adventures with Librarian Ales in 2014. Pictured here is one of our Red Sandy ales gifted to Mr. Sanford Berman himself. Happy Holidays!

I wish I could post the smell of this red ale on this blog. You’d all do a double take, for sure. Piney, citrus, hop-tacular. Awesome. More details coming soon.

Going back and forth on what to call our upcoming Red Ale (wet & dry hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, and Columbus varieties) and settled on honoring radical librarian, Sanford Berman instead. Here’s the nod to Emma Goldman that was also in the running.
